The Gardens is a truly unique development. Unlike most RV homeplot developments that offer a combination of pads, park models or modular homes with RV ports. The Gardens consists of custom designed homes with an attached RV garage. Our homes are constructed on-site, with each owner having the freedom to assist in the design and layout of their home and garage. Since our homes are custom designed we do not have a "set in stone" price list, but a safe estimate for basic construction is in the range of approximately $95.00 per square foot of living space and approximately $35.00 per square foot of garage space. Building costs increase according to additional items and extras selected such as fireplaces, specialty window groupings, interior skylights, etc.
Since our Gardens RV Homebases feature a fully enclosed RV garage complete with water, sewer and 50 Amp electric hook-up, not only is your RV protected when not in use, it can be used as additional living space if needed.
